But from now I decided to only write down my own story, with the highest level of honesty and accuracy I am able to.
Wish you all the best.

I decided to stop writing this blog this way. I decided to only write my story. I will not delete any post since a lot of people told me the posts are helping them. I hope it is really true and I did not mislead anyone into my madness, and I hope that some of the posts was a real help to others.
But from now I decided to only write down my own story, with the highest level of honesty and accuracy I am able to. Wish you all the best.

Mael, thanks for your comment! I'll do my best, and also want to say that Harris Harrington's program is really the best IMO, it just happens to be true that in DP we are not really digesting information.

Basically, a strong child, when facing childhood interpersonal trauma, "sucks it up". And as they keep that attitude going in adult life, they get DP.

I believe that 90% of the work we do towards recovery is "unneccessary", the only reason we need it for because it is our journey to the solution. Healing depersonalization is simple, but depersonalization itself is what is making it harder. Kind of twisted. You can totally understand the complete psychology of it on a mental level, and still feel like you haven't took a step forward. In reality, you need the knowledge (so it's not unnesseccary at all), but healing comes when you apply it.
